Zachary Miller, PA-C

Internal Medicine

About Zachary Miller

Zach graduated from Lock Haven University with honors and a Masters of Physician Assistant Studies in 2020 after gaining an abundance of experience in healthcare as a technician in the Emergency Department. After becoming a board certified PA he was brought onto the OM Medical Group team to specialize in pain management and primary care. This field was enticing to him after experiencing his own struggles with chronic pain after a sports injury. He was able to get a first hand look at how important managing chronic pain is for both mental health and physical quality of life. With this in mind, Zach was quickly able to gain a significant amount of experience in pain management with both medication based and interventional modalities. Zach soon began to specialize in injections such as trigger points, nerve blocks and joint injections after seeing how well placed injections could improve people’s lives in ways that medications alone could not.

Zach is very passionate about destigmatizing and legitimizing pain management and working with patients to restore and maintain their quality of life. He takes pride in continually learning new methods of pain management on a regular basis to figure out ways to help patients that had previously been written off by other specialists. He puts this same amount of determination and empathy into his primary care patients as well to ensure that they receive the highest standard of care.
